Whatever your event needs are, we specialize in high quality event rentals and versatile and elegant event locations, both indoors and outdoors. We offer hundreds of styles of beautiful table linen and decor to make your special day even more unforgettable. Whether you are envisioning a magical farm-inspired wedding, a chic-boho event in The Greenhouse, or anything else your heart desires, our team works with local artisan chefs, florists, and more to create the day of your dreams.
High Forest Farms is made up of two farms. First is a 16-acre farm with blueberries, vegetables, fruit trees, culinary herbs, free-range pasture chickens, purple martin shelters, and a spring-fed pond with catfish. Among the features of this farm are the Greenhouse Venue, the farmhouse, and the cabin. In the second farm, located just minutes away from the first, there are two stately homes, manicured forests, a ceremony deck overlooking one of the two ponds, a private island, and The Red Shed venue. Aside from our indoor and outdoor event spaces, we also offer overnight accommodations as part of our wedding and special event packages.Let us help you make your special day memorable, whether it's at The Greenhouse or anywhere else on the farms.

Wedding & Events Packages
Our most popular wedding packages are listed below. Each can be customized according to your needs. It is our goal to ensure that every detail reflects your unique style and creates an unforgettable experience for your special day.
Simply Essential Wedding Package
- 14-hour exclusive venue use (begins at 10am)
- (10) 10' reclaimed wood farmhouse tables
- (100) white folding resin chairs.
- Bridal Suite (the Farmhouse) and Groom's Quarters (the Cabin)
- A roped-off field with plenty of parking spots
- (2) Luxury porta potties with sinks in beige
- Venue representative will check trash, restock restrooms, and handle any venue-related concerns during your event.
- A (one-night) stay at the Farmhouse for the newlyweds on the evening of the wedding.
*It is the client's responsibility to arrange and clean up the event by 10am the following morning, otherwise the items may be forfeited and the initial deposit may not be refunded. Additional lodging options are available based on availability as listed in our add-on services.
Simply Essential Package Rate:
Monday - Thursday | $1200
Friday, Saturday & Sunday | $1850
Simply Elegant Wedding Package
- Use any venue space, lodging or the farm grounds for a (2 hour) scheduled engagement photo session before your wedding day.
- Exclusive access to the venue, lodging and the grounds starting Thursday at 11am until Sunday at 11am.
- A one-night stay at each of the two overnight lodging options (The Farmhouse, The Cabin)
- Includes (3) hours of rehearsal time.
- The Wedding Room: Whether it's tables and chairs, table settings, linens, wedding arches, flowers and greenery, candelabras, centerpieces, PA systems, projector screens, food warmers, floral arrangements, decor, or any other decor you need, the Wedding Room has it all!
- A UTV and golf cart are provided for shuttle services between the parking lot and the vendor area for guests, vendors, and bridal party.
- Includes (2) free (30 min) planning sessions with our wedding coordinator. For an additional fee, additional sessions can be scheduled if necessary.
- Roped off field with ample parking and directional signs.
- The venue representative will who assists with any rehearsal or ceremony needs, check trash, restock restrooms, and attend to any venue-related issues and helps your wedding vendors to ensure your wedding is amazing!
- A bartender provided for both the rehearsal dinner (2 hours) and reception (4 hours). A fee will be charged for additional hours.
- A venue representative will assist with any rehearsal or ceremony needs, check trash, restock restrooms, attend to any venue-related concerns, and assist your wedding vendors.
- Setup and tear down of all tables, chairs, and decor, and help pack everything before you depart.
Simply Elegant Package Rate:

Micromony Wedding Package
The Half Day Venue Rate may be perfect for you if you are just looking for a venue for an event, do not need lodging, and would like to spend the evening on the farm. Half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down.
Half Day Rate:
Monday - Thursday | $700
Friday, Saturday & Sunday | $900
*It is the client's responsibility to arrange and clean up the event by 10am the following morning, otherwise the items may be forfeited and the initial deposit may not be refunded.
Add-On Services
- There is a wide range of equipment and décor available for rent in our Wedding Room, including chairs, table settings, centerpieces, greenery, dinnerware, PA systems, projectors, food warmers, floral arrangements, decor, and more.
- There are several accommodations available at High Forest Farms. Please visit our lodging page if you are interested in booking an alternate property for your (one-night) stay.
- Bartender services and cocktail hour (alcohol not included)
- UTV/Golf cart shuttle service and driver for vendors, guests, and bridal party to and from the parking lot to any ceremony location
- Sessions for planning, organization, and rental set-up and clean-up are available with our wedding coordinator.
