Whether you are envisioning a magical farm-inspired wedding, a chic-boho event in The Greenhouse, or anything else your heart desires, our team works with local artisan chefs, florists, and more to create the day of your dreams.
High Forest Farms is made up of two farms. First is a 16-acre farm with blueberries, vegetables, fruit trees, culinary herbs, free-range pasture chickens, purple martin shelters, and a spring-fed pond with catfish. Among the features of this farm are the Greenhouse Venue, the farmhouse, and the cabin. In the second farm, located just minutes away from the first, there are two stately homes, manicured forests, a ceremony deck overlooking one of the two ponds, a private island, and The Red Shed venue. Aside from our indoor and outdoor event spaces, we also offer overnight accommodations as part of our wedding and special event packages.Let us help you make your special day memorable, whether it's at The Greenhouse or anywhere else on the farms.

Wedding & Special Event Packages
The Greenhouse Venue
Base Package Includes:
- 14-hour exclusive venue use (begins at 10am)
- (10) 10' reclaimed wood farmhouse tables
- (100) white folding resin chairs.
- The Bridal Suite (the Farmhouse) and Groom's Quarters (the Cabin)
- Access to the wedding room décor closet with chairs, table settings, dinnerware, PA systems, projectors and projection screens, food warmers, floral arrangements, decor and more!
- A roped-off field with plenty of parking spots
- (2) Luxury porta potties with sinks in beige
- Venue representative will check trash, restock restrooms, and handle any venue-related concerns during your event.
- A (one-night) stay at the Farmhouse is included for the newlyweds on the evening of the wedding or any special event with the selected package. Additional accommodations are available based on availability as listed in our add-on services.

Services offered as add-ons:
- There are several accommodations available at High Forest Farms. Please visit our lodging page if you are interested in booking an alternate property for your (one-night) stay.
- Bartender services and cocktail hour (alcohol not included)
- UTV/Golf cart shuttle service and driver for vendors, guests, and bridal party to and from the parking lot to any ceremony location
- Sessions for planning, organization, and rental set-up and cleanup
- A state and local sales tax as well as a lodging tax are not included in the price.
All-Inclusive Package
All-Inclusive Package Includes:
- Exclusive access from Thursday at 2pm until Sunday at 2 pm (beginning at 10AM), including the climate-controlled indoor space of the farmhouse and cabin.
- A total of (5) overnight lodging options See Lodging (Chalet, Cottage, Farmhouse & Cabin) Additional lodging options available at our downtown location; The High Forest Guesthouse.
- Rehearsal time the night before your wedding
- Tables & chairs, specialty furniture items, outdoor games, and free access to the "She Shed" décor closet with chairs, table settings, PA systems, projectors and projection screens, food warmers, floral arrangements, decor and more!
- We offer UTV/Golf cart shuttle service and driver for vendors, guests, and bridal party to and from the parking lot to any ceremony location. For those utilizing both farms, we will provide larger shuttle services to escort your guests between the two farms for the ceremony/ reception venue
- Sessions for planning, organization, and rental set-up and cleanup
- Ample parking
- List of preferred vendors
- During your event, the venue representative will check trash, restock restrooms, and attend to any venue-related issues.
- Access to venue spaces or accommodations for a 2 Hour engagement photo session before your wedding day
- Access to endless photo opportunities on the property
- Bartender included for the rehearsal dinner (2 hours) and reception (4 hours)
- Day of coordinator who assists with the rehearsal, ceremony, and timeline, and helps your wedding vendors to ensure your wedding is amazing
- Servers included for the rehearsal dinner and reception
- Setup and tear down of all tables, chairs, and decor, and help pack everything before you depart
All-Inclusive Package Rate: $8500
Half Day Venue Rate
The Half Day Venue Rate may be perfect for you if you are just looking for a venue for an event, do not need accommodations, and would like to spend the evening on the gorgeous property.
Half Day Rate:
Monday - Thursday | $500
Friday, Saturday & Sunday | $800
Half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down. Half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down.
*A full-day or half-day event may require additional restroom facilities based on the number of guests. We offer luxury restroom trailers with top-of-the-line features including air conditioning and flushing toilets, sinks and handwashing stations, vanity mirrors, and more
Additional $150 is required for restroom facilities
- All events must end by 11 PM. Event times may be extended for additional charge.
- 100 adult maximum for all events.
