• Venue representative will check trash, restock restrooms, and handle any venue-related concerns during your event.
• A (one-night) stay at the Farmhouse is included for the newlyweds on the evening of the wedding or any special event with the selected package. Additional accommodations are available based on availability as listed in our add-on services.

• Sessions for planning, organization, and rental set-up and cleanup
• A state and local sales tax as well as a lodging tax (16.75%) are not included in the price.

All-Inclusive Package Includes:

• Exclusive access from Thursday at 2pm until Sunday at 2 pm (beginning at 10AM), including the climate-controlled indoor space of the farmhouse and cabin.
• All (6) overnight lodging options See Lodging (Chalet, Cottage, Farmhouse, Cabin & Guesthouse) accommodating up to 36 guests included
• Rehearsal time the night before your wedding
• Tables & chairs, specialty furniture items, outdoor games, and free access to the "She Shed" décor closet with chairs, table settings, PA systems, projectors and projection screens, food warmers, floral arrangements, decor and more!
• We offer UTV/Golf cart shuttle service and driver for vendors, guests, and bridal party to and from the parking lot to any ceremony location. For those utilizing both farms, we will provide larger shuttle services to escort your guests between the two farms for the ceremony/ reception venue

• During your event, the venue representative will check trash, restock restrooms, and attend to any venue-related issues.

The Half Day Venue Rate may be perfect for you if you are just looking for a venue for an event, do not need accommodations, and would like to spend the evening on the gorgeous property.

Half Day Rate:

Half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down. Half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down.

*A full-day or half-day event may require additional restroom facilities based on the number of guests. We offer luxury restroom trailers with top-of-the-line features including air conditioning and flushing toilets, sinks and handwashing stations, vanity mirrors, and more

Additional $150 is required for restroom facilities 

• All events must end by 11 PM. Event times may be extended for additional charge.
• 150 adult maximum for all events.
